By commissioning, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read everything carefully before applying.(Last updated: February 2026 - "Paypal" added)
Commissions are accepted only through the Google Form on Twitter or BlueSky during official openings.
Slots are confirmed after your PSD passes the preparation check.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project if the theme, request, or content makes me uncomfortable for any personal or creative reason.
This includes (but is not limited to) content involving explicit, religious, or ideologically sensitive themes, or anything that conflicts with my personal values.
Declining a commission does not imply judgment toward the client or their identity. It simply means the request does not align with what I’m comfortable creating.
I am not obligated to provide detailed reasoning for declining a project beyond stating discomfort.
Any form of harassment, pressure, or public confrontation regarding a declined commission will result in an immediate ban from future projects.
Previously rigged models are rarely accepted and require written permission from both the artist and original rigger.
Provide complete and accurate materials (PSD, reference, and emote sheet). I cannot proceed from vague descriptions.
If complete reference materials are not provided, the client agrees that all design and rigging decisions will be made according to the rigger’s interpretation.
Client must ensure the model’s design is final before submission.
Back-and-forth coordination between artist and rigger is discouraged as it causes delay (Check the FAQ for more details).
Clients are expected to commission me for my specific rigging approach and quality. I do not replicate other riggers’ setups or expression styles.
Variations between riggers’ styles and results are normal.
I retain full creative control over the rigging workflow, optimizations, and final implementation. Work will proceed according to the schedule and processes outlined in these Terms.
I focus on technical rigging and optimization, not aesthetic direction. Aesthetic aspects (proportions, style, visual appeal) are subjective and determined by the artist/client.
Clients may not request prioritization over other ongoing projects or impose requirements outside the agreed workflow.
Any form of ToS violation, miscommunication, or breach of agreement may result in project cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.
Communication and updates are done via Private DMs.
Once your form is accepted, we will contact you if more information is needed.
For inquiries, message Tea_con directly.
Please reply promptly. Inactivity may delay or suspend your project.
PSD Prep = cleaning, organizing, and standardizing your PSD for rig-readiness (naming, grouping, layer structure).
PSDs must be final before submission.
We no longer accept PSD prep if the PSD is later altered significantly. Minor fixes are fine.
If your PSD isn’t Live2D-ready, additional fees apply for repair.
For best results, use our trusted PSD Prep artist.
Most illustrators are unfamiliar with Live2D technical needs; therefore, prep by our team may be required.
If a part looks nearly symmetrical due to unintentional unevenness or messy drawing, you agree that we may correct it to perfect symmetry (without affecting intentional design or color).
You must legally own the PSD. I am not responsible for copyright issues from third-party assets.
50% deposit before work starts, 50% balance before final delivery.
Full payment is required before final files are sent.
Price may change based on complexity (hats, armor, toggles, etc).
Extra fees apply for complex toggles/outfits.
Accepted payment: BCA, Jago, Wise, USDT (on-chain), or PayPal.
Payments via PayPal will be subject to a 10% rate adjustment due to transaction fees and currency conversion differences.
A $50 privacy fee applies if you prefer the project to remain private/off-stream.
If files or feedback are not received within 7 days, work pauses and the deadline extends.
If the client is unresponsive for 2 weeks after the final payment request, the project is considered abandoned.
Each project includes 2 major and 2 minor revision rounds after prototype delivery.
Major revisions = asset shape, physics, or expression adjustments.
Minor revisions = asset position fix or VTube Studio parameters adjustments
Revisions must be submitted within 3 days of file delivery; otherwise, the project is final.
Revisions are processed by round, not per item. Please compile all notes at once.
Revision must be submitted with a supporting picture or video to ensure clear communication and accurate interpretation.
Revisions extend turnaround time.
Repetitive or purely aesthetic changes may be refused or charged extra.
Design or PSD edits are not considered revisions, as these adjustments fall under the PSD preparation phase.
If you reply after my active period, revisions will be rescheduled.
Minor updates (physics or parameter polish) are available until debut date after delivery for models that met the latest prep standard.
Major corrections may incur a separate fee or require the artist’s help.
PSD resolution must be reasonable. Extremely large canvas sizes or overly high-resolution parts do not improve quality and will negatively impact performance.
Artwork should face forward, with symmetrical facial features and centered placement.
Symmetry and clean cutting are required for optimization. This affects pricing.
Toggles and outfits increase difficulty exponentially, not linearly.
Excessive toggles or large limb/arm switches may be simplified or declined.
Extra hairstyles/outfits must share the same base pose; otherwise, separate rigs may be suggested.
Old, unoptimized, or heavy models (over 1–2 years old) may not be eligible for new outfit or toggle requests, as my rigging methods and workflow may have evolved over time.
I reserve the right to reject or simplify if complexity is unreasonable.
Estimated turnaround: 3–5 weeks after deposit and PSD approval. Complex models (extra outfits, toggles, companions) may take longer.
Rush requests are not accepted.
Additional outfits/toggles may be scheduled separately.
Timeline adjustments will be communicated if delays occur.
Full refund if I cannot proceed and minimal work has been done.
No refunds once the model is halfway completed (defined as half-body without arm toggles).
PSD prep fees are non-refundable once started, even if the client cancels or violates ToS.
Partial refunds may be issued depending on progress if the project stops for external reasons.
Post-delivery assistance is provided until debut for small adjustments or clarifications.
I may use the finished model, progress shots, or related assets for portfolio or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise before the project begins.
Models may appear in tutorials or testing.
The project will be showcased publicly only after your debut/reveal.
I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from model use.
Rigging rights belong to Tea_con.
All rigs are treated as commercial use (no extra fee for monetized streaming).
The .cmo3 project, parameters, and physics remain my intellectual property.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license for streaming and content use.
Redistribution, resale, or claiming the rig as your own is prohibited.
Original Live2D files (.cmo3) can be purchased for +100% of the original cost.
Models and their derivatives may not be used for AI training, NFT, or blockchain.
Unauthorized use or platform violations are the client’s responsibility.
I may stream the rigging process unless the privacy fee is paid.
Commission applications are accepted periodically via Google Form on Twitter.
Slots are confirmed once proper files are submitted. A schedule will be provided to the client afterward.
If the submitted PSD isn’t properly prepared, we’ll recommend our PSD prep service to help fix it before starting.
An invoice will be sent via Twitter DMs.
Work begins after the invoice is paid.
Progress videos or images will be sent periodically or when there’s enough progress to review. Adjustments will be made based on your feedback.
Once the rigging is complete, we’ll send prototype files for review before delivering the final ones.
Any small fixes requested after testing the project files will be corrected and a new version will be provided.
Ongoing assistance will be available if needed.
If you’d like to request additions or new features later, we can discuss scheduling. Current commissions will always take priority before adjustments or upgrades for past models.

(Last updated: March 2026)
Q : How do I submit my commission request? A : You can submit your commission request through a Google Form that we periodically share on our Twitter. Keep an eye on our Twitter for updates on when applications are open.
Q : Do you offer support after the commission is completed? A : Yes, we provide assistance as needed after the commission is completed. If you have questions or need help with your model, feel free to reach out.
Q : Can I request revisions or changes after my model is completed? A : Yes, we provide assistance after the commission is completed. If you have questions or need help with your model, feel free to reach out. Please note that all feedback should be compiled and not sent as repeated micro-feedback, so that revisions can be handled efficiently in a single run.
Q : Can I upgrade the rig at a later date? A : Yes! You’re welcome to request new features or modifications in the future. However, current commissions will take priority, and please note that rigs older than a year or two may no longer be compatible with our current methods. We’ll review the file first to see if an upgrade is still possible.
Q : Why was my commission request declined after submission? A : Your commission request may be declined for various reasons, including but not limited to: submission of improperly formatted files, inability to fulfill your specific request based on our current workload, or if your request does not align with our service offerings. If you have questions about the decline, feel free to reach out.
Q : What is PSD prep? A : PSD prep is the process of preparing your PSD file for rigging, including: Layer separation; Consistent layer naming; and structuring the file for proper physics and rigging. This does not alter the overall aesthetic, except where necessary for technical compatibility.
Q : Why do you recommend repairing the PSD with your team instead of going back to the original artist? A : My team specializes in optimizing PSDs for Live2D, ensuring faster and more precise fixes for rigging. This saves time, avoids potential miscommunication with artists unfamiliar with Live2D requirements, and ensures consistency throughout the process.
Q : If my PSD is repaired by your team, will it change the appearance or style of the artwork? A : No, repairs done by my team won’t alter the appearance or style of the original artwork. We focus solely on technical adjustments, such as fixing layers, naming, masking, and clipping, to make the PSD ready for Live2D rigging while preserving the artistic details and aesthetics of the original design.
Q : What happens if I don’t want my PSD repaired by your team? A : This process can take longer and may not fully address the technical needs for Live2D rigging. To save time and ensure the best results, I recommend letting my team handle the repairs, as we specialize in preparing PSDs for seamless rigging. Please note that I prioritize commissions where the PSD repair is handled by my team to ensure a smoother and more efficient workflow.
Q : Why don't you follow the usual back-and-forth feedback process between artist and rigger? A : To keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone involved, especially our clients and collaborating artists. We use a more streamlined workflow. Our priority is to make the process as easy as possible for clients: once payment is completed, you can relax while we take care of the technical aspects, without the need for constant PSD back-and-forth between the artist and the rigger. This approach also helps us respect the artist’s workload by minimizing repeated revision requests that could become overwhelming. In cases where an issue truly can’t be resolved on our side, we will of course reach out, but only when it’s genuinely necessary. To maintain consistent rigging quality, we generally prefer that PSD preparation is handled directly by our team.
Q: Why don’t you accept bookings anymore? A: Due to various uncertainties like PSD readiness, model complexity, and scheduling, I no longer accept bookings in advance. If your PSD is ready and you're prepared, feel free to reach out. I’ll help schedule your slot accordingly.
Q: Can you DM me when commissions open? A: I don’t do individual DM notifications. A lot of people ask for this, and it wouldn’t be fair or realistic to notify everyone one by one. When commissions open, I always announce it publicly on Twitter / bsky.
Q: Do you do Live2D art + rigging? A: I only do Live2D rigging. I don’t offer Live2D art services. The model art needs to be fully prepared by an artist beforehand, as listed on my carrd
Q: Do you have a price list / fixed prices? A: No fixed price list. Pricing is based on model complexity and scope, and is evaluated during commission openings.
Q: Does the rigger provide aesthetic advice or art direction? A: No. The rigger focuses solely on technical aspects. Aesthetic aspects like proportions, style, shading, expressions, are subjective and determined by the artist. However, technical considerations like proportions for proper rigging (e.g., side views) may still be taken into account.
Q: Can I fully control how the rigging is done? A: The rigger follows technical standards only, not subjective preferences.
